You'll need the following to complete your application:
Requisite Registration and Subscriptions fees (NB: make sure you have made these payments before completing the form).
Proof of identification such as national ID, driver's license, passport or birth certificate.
Copies of academic and professional certificates attained.
Passport/ Driver’s licence size photo (colour).
Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Employment confirmation letter(s) (where entry is by mature entry).
Employer declaration letter where study is employer sponsored.

If we need changes, we email you a secure link to update your application on this page — no sign-in required.
When approved, you receive an email with an activation link, membership number, and portal access.
